In making up for the "lost week", I decided to knock myself down to 22 points and to no longer only run 1.5 miles. I wanted to shoot straight up to 3 miles but I am a wimp. I did elevate to 1.8 (I thought it was straight out 2 miles BUT I just looked it up on Google maps and it is only 1.8). The Frosty, well, the Frosty will never be made again. Think Sweetened condensed milk, chocolate milk, melted chocolate chips, sugar, + home made whipped cream. So good though.
If I am to make my Christmas goal, I need to lose point nine two elbees a week. Thanksgiving is in one of those weeks my friends. I want so badly to make it happen.
