9/19/12 Day 74

B: bowl of cold cereal with milk (5)
L: Sugar free pancakes with homemade syrup (8)
D: left over sweet and sour on rice (7)
Total: 20

I gained last week so I'm trying to not use all of the points available to me this week. Yesterday I had 24. I don't feel hungry. Last week I was traveling for work, so I ate not the best stuff. I did eat a lot better in the hotel than I did when we lived in a hotel. Usually for breakfast I had a bagel or a egg sandwich (used to be I'd have pancakes with eggs, bacon, and a cinnamon roll). For lunch I had differing things. For dinner I ate late and usually whatever I could find around the national capital which usually meant something loaded with carbs. My goal this week is to get back on schedule. I'm aiming for 238 again (I weighed 241.2 this week). 2 more days. We'll see.

Total: 17  (somehow doesn't seem right because I am not hungry... well maybe a little)

The pancakes were sugar free because I forgot to the put the sugar in and you know what? They were still good. I ended up mowing half the lawn and we tossed the Frisbee tonight for 30 minutes.  The weather is getting nicer and I don't HAVE to run right away in the morning to beat the sun and heat.  I am hoping to make it below 180 this week.
