Friday Weigh In (5 Oct 2012)

Friday--
I weighed in at 234!! Hooray, no more 237. I know I've got to work harder now though to get to my goal. Discipline is key. I've lowered my daily points allotment to 26 from 28 and I think that helped. I've also been playing Ultimate Frisbee on Tuesday nights and that helps too. I probably need to do a little more activity. This weekend I had to work and I think that made it more difficult to be active. I took Lindsey out on a date. We had  good time, but I probably ate about 17 times the points I should have. That shrimp sure was delicious though.

Saturday--
I had to work half  day, but made it home in time for conference (I'm glad I did because conference started out with a bang). My meals for the day:
B: Cereal (5)
L: Shrimp Po-Boy (8)
D: I ate with my brothers before the Priesthood Session (17X again)
Total: Too Much (I ate 16 points in bread alone yesterday--buns, eeke!)

Sunday--
Today is Sunday, so I've only eaten 1 meal so far. Delicious blueberry pancakes and blueberry orange slush, plus a fried egg and syrup for the cakes. 8 points.

Friday-
I finally made it past the valley and am climbing again.  178.6  I didn't do enough running because I have been sick and it is a little colder.  I welcome the cold BUT I didn't want to breathe it in and hurt my chances at getting better for next week.

Saturday-
B: Oatmeal (4)
L: Shrimp Po-Boy (8)
D: LO pizza (6)
snack: orange juice (4)
Total:: 22

Hitting the valley is really hard.  Most of the time, it is when I give up. I pushed through and am glad.
